Because each appointment at Slán NYC is reserved exclusively for you, with time set aside for thorough, unhurried care, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable, and we will retain the full appointment fee.
